Oh MY, I have been feeding my senior cat the Venison and green pea cat food because he has allergies and we have been dealing with some issues recently with him(kidney problems or a possible tumor):eek: I will be making a phone call to my vet today and I switched Cody from this brand to Fromms about 3 weeks ago.

I made a quick call to the company and they said they have had a few complaints, but there is no wheat in their food and so they are doing further checking as to whether people may have been feeding their pets this food, yet maybe another type of treat to their animals. She said for now it was a voluntary recall and recommended not to feed the two products listed on the site David posted and they will keep their site updated as more information comes out.

I will say that the link you provided now says that they are not involved in the recall, so I called them again to ask why it changed since this morning.

The person said that they are not part of the menu food recall and don't have stuff made by them, but that this is a seperate voluntary recall by them because of some complaints regarding the Feline Venison and Green Pea dry and the Canine Venison And Brown Rice dry and advised not to feed them.
