Introducing Prince Charles, who is waiting for a special person to take him home.
Charles is about 2 years old, and was picked up by animal control after he was apparently hit by a car (which appears to have resulted in paralysis of his hind legs.) He's currently in foster care in Portland, Oregon.
Unlike Candy, he is fully in control of his bodily functions. Thanks to some wonderful donors he just got a brand new cart from K9cartsWest (where Monty-Candy's cart came from) and is very mobile. He has some slight use of one leg so might possibly regain some function in it but the odds are he will stay in a cart for his whole life. However, considering how quickly he took to the cart, and his young age, I think he will soon be as much of a pro as Candy is.

In this picture, Charles is on the left. You can see that he is smaller than Candy by a bit. He is about 22 pounds, which means that he is an easy corgi to carry.

For more information about adopting Charles, contact corgirescue@oregoncorgis.org Candy is living in Oregon but I imagine arrangements could be made for an out-of-area adopter if the right person comes along.
If you think you might be interested but want to know more about living with a corgi in a cart, feel free to pm or email me or post questions here.
UPDATE: Charles has been adopted!
